The Birds of our Trip

Birds are nice.  Little dinosaurs, flying around.  I’m not into birds, per se.  But, I’ll take pictures of them.  Now, I really don’t have the proper birding lens you really need to up and personal, so I’ve had to do a fair degree of trickery.  I put my names for the birds in italics, while RBD has come through and placed their proper name in bold.

Since she is usually right, it’s best if you go with her suggested name.  I just make them up to suit me.

Eagle (brown snake eagle – I asked, and it actually eats all color of snakes)

Zazoo – The Lion King Bird (red-billed hornbill)

Vampire Bird (red-billed oxpecker)

Infinity Bird (starling)

Vulture (hooded vulture)

Blue Eyed Vulture (more hooded vultures)

Colorful Bird (lilac breasted roller)

Turkey (Southern Ground Hornbill)

South African Flamingo(saddle-billed stork)

South African Flamingo (same saddle-billed stork)
